Our C5 Single Entry Media & Press Visa service provides professional assistance for foreign journalists, media professionals, photographers, documentary producers, broadcasters, and other press representatives who intend to conduct journalistic activities or media coverage in Indonesia. The C5 Visa is a Single Entry Visit Visa specifically intended for foreign nationals entering Indonesia to conduct legitimate media and press-related activities, including journalism, interviews, news reporting, documentaries, television productions, photography, and other approved media coverage.Unlike standard tourist or business visas, media activities require a dedicated visa classification. Applicants are expected to demonstrate the purpose of their visit and provide supporting documentation relating to the intended reporting or media activities. Depending on the nature of the assignment, additional approvals or supporting letters from relevant institutions may also be required.Under the current immigration regulations, the C5 Visa grants an initial stay permit of up to 60 days, calculated from the date of arrival in Indonesia. The stay permit may be extended several times, subject to applicable regulations, up to a maximum cumulative stay of 180 days. The visa may also be converted into a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), where permitted by Indonesian immigration regulations and subject to eligibility requirements.
