Representation Service
Representation Service provides a formal and legally recognized presence for the Client in Indonesia without requiring the establishment of a local entity. We act as the designated representative to handle official correspondence, sign permitted documents based on a Power of Attorney, and support administrative and operational processes as authorized by the Client.
Representation Service enables foreign companies or individuals to operate seamlessly in Indonesia by appointing us as their authorized representative. This service includes holding an official representation address, accepting and forwarding documents, handling administrative communication with government agencies, and signing official paperwork directly related to importation, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery—strictly within the limits of the Power of Attorney granted.Through this service, the Client gains compliant operational support, improved communication efficiency, and the ability to execute Indonesia-based activities without needing to set up a legal entity or maintain a physical office.This service does not involve the assumption of liabilities beyond the authority explicitly granted in the Power of Attorney, nor does it include immigration sponsorship, tax representation, or legal representation in litigation.Key Characteristics & FeaturesRegulatory Representation Acting as the official Indonesian representation address for the Client. Receiving, managing, and forwarding official mail or notices to the Client’s designated international or domestic address.Authority-Based Document Signing Signing official documents related to importation, customs clearance, warehousing, delivery, and logistics—only within the scope allowed by the client-executed Power of Attorney. Coordinating with customs brokers, logistics partners, and relevant authorities.Administrative Coordination Centralized communication point for government correspondence and third-party notifications. Assist in handling formal letters, notices, or requests related to operational activities.Operational Support Facilitating document flows required for importation, distribution, and related processes. Coordinating cross-border and domestic handovers of required documents.CoverageThis service covers: Official Representation Address Use of our office address as the Client’s representation address in Indonesia. Monitoring and forwarding all incoming mail and notifications. Document Signing & Authorization Handling Signing documents strictly within POA boundaries: Importation and customs paperwork Warehousing documents Delivery or handover confirmations Ensuring timely and compliant execution. Mail Handling & Forwarding Receiving physical and electronic documents. Dispatching documents to the Client’s designated address via courier or digital means. Administrative Coordination Coordinating with customs, BPN, OSS-RBA, forwarders, or logistics parties as needed. Keeping records of documents processed through our representation.Important Notes This service does not grant us authority beyond the specific permissions outlined in the signed Power of Attorney (POA). We do not assume legal liability for the Client’s operational activities beyond document handling and representation duties. We do not represent the Client in litigation, tax matters, immigration sponsorship, or company establishment unless separately engaged. Any mail forwarding costs, courier fees, or notarization costs are billed separately. This service does not include Importer of Record (IOR). That is a separate service.
