Detailed Spatial Planning Verification (RDTR)

The RDTR (Rencana Detail Tata Ruang) service provides administrative support for checking and obtaining zoning confirmation for a specific land plot through the OSS-RBA system. RDTR is required to validate whether a property’s intended use—such as residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, or tourism—complies with the local spatial plan designated by the regional government.Through this service, we assist with data preparation, coordinate submission through OSS, monitor the status of the zoning check, and communicate any required follow-ups. RDTR confirmation is mandatory for many licensing processes, including PKKPR, Building Approval (PBG), licensing for accommodations, business permit applications, property transactions, and due diligence.Our scope includes supporting the administrative and regulatory process. However, zoning results, eligibility determinations, and approval timelines are fully controlled by the regional government and OSS.
