This Land Transaction Management service follow strict legal procedures governed by Law No. 5 of 1960 (Basic Agrarian Law) and Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration. All land sale and purchase activities must be handled through a certified Land Deed Official (PPAT), who is responsible for verifying the legality, ownership, and registration status of the land.Our Land Transaction Management Service supports buyers and sellers through the entire workflow. We coordinate with PPAT, facilitate meetings and negotiations, review the required documents, and guide both parties through the execution of the ownership transfer. While official due diligence is not included, we conduct surface-level checks to identify potential risks or red flags before proceeding.
