AHU Access Reinstatement

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR), through its Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum — AHU), manages the official digital platform known as AHU Online. This system provides access to company data, legal documents, and administrative services related to corporate governance in Indonesia.In certain situations, a company’s AHU Online access may become blocked due to issues such as incomplete filings, expired data, administrative discrepancies, or system-related compliance flags. When this occurs, the company must undergo a formal reinstatement process to regain system access.Our AHU Access Reinstatement Service supports clients by preparing the required documentation, communicating with AHU authorities, and facilitating the reinstatement procedure. While we assist with the administrative process, the final approval—and the timing of the unblocking—remains fully under the authority of the MoLHR.This service focuses exclusively on restoring system access, not on resolving the underlying corporate or compliance issues that caused the block. Should additional legal rectification or corporate amendments be necessary, those services are available upon request.Key Characteristics & Features Applicable for companies whose AHU Online access is blocked due to administrative, legal, or technical reasons. Requires a Power of Attorney (PoA) from the company’s authorized representative (Director). The reinstatement process depends on the reason for the block and the assessment by AHU authorities. Timeline varies based on AHU response and government workload.
