SLF (Functional Eligibility Certificate)
The SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) or Functional Eligibility Certificate service covers the preparation of as-built documentation, coordination of required technical tests, submission through SIMBG, and liaison with authorities to support functional eligibility assessment.
The SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) or Functional Eligibility Certificate confirms that a completed building is structurally safe, operationally functional, and compliant with the approved PBG. SLF requirements include as-built drawings, certified safety and functionality testing, and government inspection. We manage the documentation, handle coordination with testing providers, and oversee submission through SIMBG. Government inspectors make all final determinations, but we ensure the building is properly prepared and all documentation is complete and compliant.Key Characteristics & Requirements Required before legal occupancy or use of the building. Must reflect actual (as-built) site conditions. Requires multiple certified technical tests. Includes mandatory government inspection.Coverage Compilation of as-built documentation. Coordination of structural, fire, MEP, plumbing, and accessibility testing. SIMBG submission. Inspection coordination and administrative management.Payment Terms: First Payment (30%) – Payable upon signing of the contract. Second Payment (40%) – Payable upon submission of the registration and scheduling of the government site visit. Final Payment (30%) – Payable upon issuance of the official SLF Certificate.Important Notes Testing fees from certified consultants are excluded. Inspection schedules depend entirely on government availability. Any discrepancies between PBG and as-built conditions may require corrective action. SLF must be renewed according to building classification.
