DPKK (Skill and Expertise Development Fund)

The DPKK (Dana Pengembangan Keahlian dan Keterampilan or Skill & Expertise Development Fund) is a mandatory skill development fund stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), payable by employers for each foreign employee working in Indonesia.Our DPKK Payment Assistance service supports clients by coordinating and facilitating the payment process on their behalf, ensuring that all government requirements are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.The DPKK contribution, amounting to USD 100 per month per foreign employee, is a mandatory government levy determined by the selected KITAS validity period (1, 2, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months). The payment is made directly to the designated government account.Under this service, our role is to:Receive the client’s DPKK payment and process it through the official government payment channel.Ensure the payment is made correctly under the client’s registered company name and RPTKA details.Provide the client with the official proof of payment and acknowledgment from the Ministry of Manpower.This service is purely administrative and designed to simplify the client’s payment process while maintaining full transparency and compliance with Kemnaker regulations.
