Our Prepaid Hourly Retainer service offers a convenient and cost-effective way to engage our consultants across multiple areas of expertise without requiring separate quotations for each request.Clients pre-purchase a block of consulting hours, which may be utilized for advisory sessions, agreement or document reviews, compliance guidance, government coordination, or other professional services within our scope.The system provides flexibility, transparency, and priority access to our senior professionals. Each task is tracked precisely, and time is deducted based on actual duration, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.This arrangement is ideal for companies or individuals requiring continuous professional support while maintaining predictable budgeting and administrative efficiency.The retainer excludes third-party costs such as notarial, government, or agency fees, which will be billed separately when applicable. Unused balance of the prepaid retainer may be refunded or transferred to other services upon written request and mutual agreement. Clients may top up or renew their retainer at any time under the same conditions should additional hours be required.Hourly Retainer Structure: Director Level: IDR 3,000,000 / hour Senior Consultant Level: IDR 2,000,000 / hour Executive Level: IDR 1,000,000 / hour Associate Level: IDR 800,000 / hour
